Warehouse Associate

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Receive and process stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Report any discrepancies.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Operate and perform preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Perform other associated responsibilities as assigned.
May have to deliver locally, small orders that were last minute purchases to a customer.
May have to backup a driver when on off work.

3 - 5 years' experience.
3 - 5 years' driving experience.
Valid and in good standing regular Wisconsin Driver's License.
Intermediate equipment operator skills-Read, Order Picker, Fork lift.
Complete understanding of warehouse functions, picking and packing experience, under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Must have good math skills.
Advanced RF knowledge.
High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically.
Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job and safety requirements.
