Summary of the Sales Apprentice Program. Industrial or Construction
The Revere Sales Apprentice Program is a multi-phase program, designed to bring entry-level personnel into the Revere organization with the intent of developing and advancing the individual intoan Account Representative position at the end of an approximately two-year period.
During the initial phase of the program, consisting of approximately 40 weeks, youwill work in several departments within the Revere organization for the purpose of understanding processes, procedures and capabilities of the Company . A detailed agenda will be provided. During this period, you will be reporting directly to each respective department head.
In addition, during the training period, you will be assigned a District Sales Manager who will act as your sponsor. On a monthly and quarterly basis, this individual will be reviewing your performance and the completion of assigned tasks. These reviews will be the basis for determining your capability and potential for advancing in the Apprentice Program and ultimately into the position of Account Representative.
Upon completion of the initial 40-week phase and subject to satisfactory reviews, you will be transitioned to the second phase of the Apprentice Program, involving field sales responsibilities.
For the subsequent twelve (12) months, you will be expected to perform the Roles and Expectations for the position of Sales Associate (Phase II, Field Assignment), and will be reviewed quarterly on your performance to these. At the end of the 12 months and based upon satisfactory reviews, you will be promoted to the position of Account Representative, reporting to a District Sales Manager. In addition, you will be entitled to move to a compensation plan that will be based on a combination of salary and incentive, based on performance of sales within your assigned accounts.
