Following the separation from Pentair, nVent will be a $2.1 billion global company that provides enclosures, electric heat tracing solutions, complete heat management systems, and electrical and fastening solutions. For more than a century, their inventive products have provided solutions to customers like you. They invent. They innovate. It’s their legacy. Hence the name: nVent.

You likely will associate nVent with one of their prominent product brands: nVent CADDY, ERICO, HOFFMAN, RAYCHEM, SCHROFF and TRACER. These will be their principle brands, going forward. Products with other brand names, such as nVent ERIFLEX, LENTON, NUHEAT and PYROTENAX, will continue to be promoted and sold, as they are brands trusted by global customers. Further, product names such as nVent CADDY Rod Lock, nVent RAYCHEM TraceTek and hundreds of others will remain in the product portfolio.


So why the spinoff from Pentair?
