Revere Electric Supply Opens New Facility in Rockford, IL

Mokena, IL, May 16, 2016:Revere Electric Supply Company, a fourth generation, family owned, electrical distributor headquartered in Mokena, IL, has acquired the business of Glenbard Electric Supply, located in Lombard, IL.
The addition of Glenbard Electric aligns with Revere's committed growth strategy to increase its contractor market share in Northern Illinois, with the intent of becoming Northern Illinoispremiereelectrical distributor for residential, commercial and industrial contractors.
Glenbard Electric, celebrating its 50th anniversary, operates with the same traditions, strengths and customer centric values as the Revere organization. As a market leader in the construction industry, Glenbard Electric Supply's expertise will help accelerate Revere's established and growing contractor business by expanding and leveraging each other's core competencies.
Glenbard Electric Supply will be operating in parallel with Revere Electric Supply, with Dominic Vozella, a 28-year industry-veteran, leading the organization as Executive Vice President. The expectation is to fully integrate Glenbard into the Revere organization, within the year.
The union of Glenbard with Revere strategically positions our organization to fully support the industrial and construction markets of Northern Illinois, Central Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin.
